Why use a refill pouch?

The refill pouch is a cost-effective packaging option that allows you to refill your existing bottle instead of purchasing a new one, reducing plastic waste. Usage in combination with our convenient airless pump spray bottle avoids the mess typically associated with dropper bottles. Furthermore, the airless pump eliminates exposure to air and the risk of contamination, ensuring your treatment remains effective and safe.

Usage Directions:

• Add 30 mL of 5% minoxidil solution to the airless pump spray bottle. Beforehand, ensure that the internal piston is at the resting position – insert a pencil (or similar) and gently push down on the piston until there is no more travel. Screw the nozzle on tightly (note: there is no dip tube). Prime the pump by pressing the spray nozzle several times to expel residual air, after which there will be a consistent flow (note: this works best when the bottle is fully filled).
• Apply 1 mL of solution to a clean, dry scalp with gentle massaging (5 pumps of the airless spray bottle delivers 1 mL). Do not wash or wet your scalp for at least four hours after use.
• Repeat morning and night as desired, noting that the total daily dose should not exceed 2 mL - using more or more often will not improve results.
• Continued use is necessary to maintain hair regrowth otherwise hair loss will resume.
• Wash hands thoroughly after use.
• Be patient. At least 4 months of twice daily applications are generally required before evidence of hair regrowth. It is also important to note that minoxidil does not work for everyone, and it may not be effective in people with extensive hair loss.
• Cease treatment if use results in a severe dermatological reaction such as persistent redness of irritation of the scalp.
• Do not use if you are under 18 years of age.
• Keep out of reach of children.
