Shipping policy

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

• $6 FLAT RATE shipping on all domestic orders (Standard Post)
• $10 FLAT RATE (Express Post)
• FREE shipping on orders of $50 AUD or more 
• Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from the date of order.
• Orders that are placed over the weekend will be shipped the next business day
• All orders are sent with tracking information

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• We ship selected products to international locations
• By default we use Australia Post Standard International rates. These rates are very reasonable and the service is highly reliable. At checkout you have the option to upgrade to Express
• International shipping rates are based on weight, volume and destination
• Please contact us if you would prefer to use a courier service (e.g. Fedex, DHL etc).

For international destinations it is very important that:

• you ensure your address details associated with your account are accurate
• you include any special shipping instructions at time of purchase
• you are familiar with your local customs and importation regulations. We cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery due to goods being held or penalties incurred resulting from failure to adhere to these instructions
