We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. You are responsible for return postage.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Likewise if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, let us know. We will evaluate the issue and make it right! 

REFUNDS

If your product is damaged we will replace it or refund that portion of your order. Please provide evidence of damage or defect (e.g., a photograph). You will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
